"My A/C went on a Sunday afternoon in late August. I didn't know if it was something that needed to be repaired or replaced. I called Countryview Heating & Cooling and got Brent's voice mail. I chose not to leave a message, but he ended up calling me back about 20 minutes later and I let him know my problem over the phone. He said that he could come out that evening and take a look at it. He was over by 6pm (on a Sunday). He did all the troubleshooting he could do to see if it could be repaired, but unfortunately, the compressor was shot. He gave me options and was very nice and explained all of them to me. I didn't feel like he was too pushy and trying to sell me something I might not need. I told him that I would go with a new outside unit, and he spent the next morning hunting one down, found it, had it delivered and installed the next day! Great customer service, great work, and I will use him again for any future HVAC needs."

"Our A/C seemed to be running but not cooling the upstairs very well. We have dual zone systems, and I had noticed that the unit upstairs was not cycling off much, yet the temp remained about 82 degrees even with the ceiling fans going. After a 2 sleepless nights, I started calling HVAC companies at 6:30AM on Saturday 7/2/2011 to leave a message, hoping somebody would be available to come out and inspect our A/C. Brent at Countrywide actually ANSWERED the phone before 7:00AM and was at our home before 9:00AM to see what was wrong. Brent was FANTASTIC!! He was polite and very professional. Not only did he find the problem right away, but he made the repair quickly and had our house cool and comfortable in no time at all. I would STRONGLY recommend Brent for your HVAC needs."
